I don't usually bother with quizzes like this, where I only need to put in an element (usually my name, or my birthdate, in the particular case). They seem predetermined by something I have no control over, not to mention arbitrary. I like to see what my choices say about me, not my fixed elements.
Plus, quizzes like this particular one make me doubt that English is the first language of the people who create (or proofread) them. My challenge is being bossy? Considering the context, that should be 'being less bossy'. The assessment is valid, but that howler takes out most of its credibility.
